Sound mechanics, expert feedback and attention to detail. We will coach you in the basics to get you prepared for regular class. If you are already proficient in some movements, it is a unique opportunity to return to the building block movements and improve them further.

Progressive Classes – Each built on the prior to get you ramped up and ready to go!
Learn the Program – We don’t just WOD until we drop and call it a day. We have a comprehensive and highly structured program that takes some getting used to. We will guide you through every step. The result? You will be stronger and fitter than you have ever been before.
