Jump rope + Body weight

1.       5 rounds for time. 10 double unders, 10 pushups, 10 burpees, 10 body weight squats

2.       100 double unders for time.  If completed in less than 5 minutes.  Rest 2 minutes and repeat 100.

3.       Annie – 50 double unders, 50 situps, 40 DU, 40 SU, 30 DU, 30 SU, 20 DU, 20 SU, 10 DU, 10 SU

4.       5 rounds 20 double unders UNBROKEN (If broken, complete 3 burpees.), 1:00 plank hold, 25 pushups, 25 squats.

5.       Complete the following pattern. 5 Doubles. Rest. 10 Doubles. Rest. Add 5 each time.  Doubles must be completed unbroken to move onto next set.  See how high you can get in 6 minutes.

6.       For time: 5 Squats, 5 Pushups, 5 Double Unders, 10/10/10, 20/20/20, 30/30/30, 40/40/40, 50/50/50

7.       For Time: 5 rounds 26 split squat jumps, 5 hand stand pushups (sub 12 pushups), 40 situps, 35 double unders

8.       For Time: 40 Squat Jumps (full squat to max effort jump), 40 pushups, 80 doubles, 40 pushups, 40 Squat Jumps

9.       18 Minute AMRAP: 5 Wall Walks (Face away from wall with feet touching wall, walk hands and feet backwards up wall and back down – Sub 15 pushups), 2 minute plank, 10 pistols (sub 20 walking lunges), 20 double unders

10.       For Time: Run 400, 80 Doubles, 20 pushups, 800, 160 Doubles, 40 Pushups
